Payments, cancellations and refunds
Updated 3 October 2026
This page explains how MindFind currently works. It supplements the terms of use and does not limit statutory rights.
Who receives your payment
Finding a specialist, booking and the available client features of MindFind are free. You pay the specialist directly for a consultation. MindFind currently does not receive consultation payments or deduct a commission from them.
Before paying
Agree on the consultation fee and duration, payment method, rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms with the specialist. Keep the agreement and proof of payment. The specialist's terms cannot override mandatory applicable law.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Notify the specialist as early as possible through your agreed communication channel. If cancellation is available in your account, use it and notify the specialist. Cancelling a booking on the website does not automatically refund a payment made outside MindFind.
Requesting a refund
Send your request to the specialist you paid. State the consultation date, amount, reason and requested resolution. Do not share passwords, verification codes or a full bank card number. Refund eligibility, amount and timing depend on applicable law and lawful contractual terms. MindFind does not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Disputes or an unresponsive specialist
Contact MindFind support with the specialist, booking date and a description of the issue. Support accepts reports about the platform and misconduct. MindFind cannot debit the specialist's bank account or return a payment it did not receive. This does not exclude the platform's statutory liability or limit your right to pursue the responsible party or other legal remedies.
Paid MindFind services
Paid promotion and other paid MindFind services are currently unavailable. Prices, payment, cancellation and refund terms will be published separately before those services are enabled. They will not be activated automatically.
